This 24 is our smallest road bike for our 4-6" and under riders.  It is the absolute best first drop bar bike with knobby cross tires for good grip, and "cheater brakes" on the flat bar for easy transition into drop bars.
 
This is our number one recommended first drop bar bike for our shorter riders.  We will swap out the knobby cross tires to race tires for more experienced or aggressive riders.
