This 47 inch super light aluminum frame with carbon fork also comes with 650b race wheels to lower the profile and rider height.  47s typically size at riders 4'8"-5'1", but this bike could probably squeeze down to an aggresive rider 4'6"ish.   She's rolling brand new tires and tubes, and the rider gets to select their choice of bar tape.
