This Giant Avail is a relaxed geometry compact frame (fits smaller with womens specific design) with the right combination of stiffness for power transfer, and compliance for comfort.  It has Tiagra 9spd, a great paint scheme, in very good condition, and the relaxed, compact geometry will likely allow for a rider outside of the generic 5'7"-10" specs.
